Key Performance Areas (KPAs)

Six Key Performance Areas (KPAs) were identified during the Lee's Summit 360 strategic planning process as focus points for moving the community forward.

• Economic Development
• Local Government

• Education
• Quality of Life

• Health and Human Services
• Transportation

Within these KPAs the stakeholders collaborated to discuss issues facing Lee's Summit and they worked to provide solutions and opportunities to these issues that become recommended action plans for the betterment of all.
